Welcome to Royal Islamabad Golf Club & Resort. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, membership services, hotel bookings, events, facilities, residential purchases, and any other offerings provided by us.
By accessing, using, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General Use of Website & Services
- The website and all services are provided "as is" without any warranties.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without notice.
2. Membership
- Membership is subject to approval by the Membership Committee.
- Membership fees (entrance fee approximately 4-5 million PKR + annual subscription) are non-refundable.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing.
- Members agree to abide by all club rules, dress code, etiquette, and conduct policies.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of rules, non-payment, or conduct detrimental to the club.
3. Bookings & Payments (Hotel, Events, Golf)
- All bookings (5-star hotel, ultra-luxury member hotel, events, tee times) are subject to availability.
- Payments must be made in advance via approved methods (credit card, bank transfer).
- Cancellations:
- A. Hotel bookings: 48 hours notice for full refund (less processing fees).
- B. Events & banquets: 30 days notice required.
- C. Golf tee times: 24 hours notice.
- No-shows or late cancellations will incur full charges.
- All prices are in PKR and subject to applicable taxes.
4. Residential Villas & Auctions
- Villas are sold via exclusive auction process.
- Bidders must register and provide proof of funds.
- Successful bids are binding; 10% deposit required within 48 hours.
- Full payment and transfer of ownership within agreed timeline.
- Villas are sold "as is" – buyers responsible for due diligence.
- Auction terms, including reserve prices and buyer's premium, will be specified in auction notice.
5. Use of Facilities
- All users must comply with safety rules, dress code, and staff instructions.
- No smoking except in designated areas (e.g., cigar lounge).
- Use of facilities is at your own risk; we are not liable for personal injury or loss of property (except where required by law).
- Photography/recording is prohibited in private areas without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Islamabad Golf Club & Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) exempt us from liability.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (logos, text, images, design) is our property or licensed to us.
- No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.
9. Amendments
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
- Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice.
