The development of Royal Islamabad Golf Club & Resort is planned in strategic phases to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and a seamless rollout of facilities.
Phase 1 – Foundation & Core Infrastructure (Years 1–2)
- Land preparation and master planning
- Construction of the international-standard 18-hole golf course and Golf Academy
- Establishment of basic security infrastructure (3-tier system, control room)
- Initial groundwork for club and hotel zones
Phase 2 – Club & Member Facilities (Years 2–4)
- Construction of Club Zone (lounges, restaurants, spa, wellness, entertainment, accommodations)
- Development of ultra-luxury 30-bed member hotel (exclusive for members)
- Completion of artificial lake, dancing fountains, music & laser show
- Launch of membership sales and pre-committed interest fulfillment
Phase 3 – Public & Residential Completion (Years 3–5)
- Construction of 5-star 100-bed hotel (open to all) with helipad and amenities
- Development of residential villas (30 ultra-modern 7-star units) and auction process
- Completion of common zone (banquet halls, events lawn, mini mall)
- Full operational launch with all facilities
Phase 4 – Ongoing Excellence (Post-Completion)
- Continuous upgrades, events calendar, international affiliations
- Expansion planning for future growth
All phases are backed by the patronage of the Pakistan Golf Federation (Chief of Army Staff as Patron-in-Chief) and funded through premium memberships, villa auctions, and hotel revenue – ensuring sustainable luxury for the future.
