Membership-Related Questions
Q: How can I apply for membership?
A: Membership is by invitation or application only. Submit your interest via the “Membership” section on our website. Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee based on eligibility, availability, and alignment with club values. Entrance fee is approximately 4-5 million PKR, plus annual subscription.
Q: Is membership transferable?
A: Membership is personal and non-transferable without written approval from the Club Management.
Q: What are the benefits of membership?
A: Unlimited access to the championship golf course, Golf Academy, club facilities (lounges, dining, spa, entertainment), priority bookings, exclusive events, and access to the ultra-luxury 30-bed member hotel. Reciprocal privileges may be arranged with affiliated clubs.
Golf & Facilities Questions
Q: Who can play the golf course?
A: The 18-hole championship course and Golf Academy are exclusively for members and their approved guests.
Q: What are the dress code requirements?
A: Smart casual golf attire is mandatory (collared shirts, proper golf shoes, no denim). Club Zone requires elegant resort wear; no shorts or flip-flops in dining areas.
Q: Are there separate facilities for ladies and families?
A: Yes – separate ladies’ and gentlemen’s swimming pools, spa treatments, and dedicated family areas including kids’ joyland.
Hotel & Accommodation Questions
Q: What is the difference between the two hotels?
A: The 5-star 100-bed hotel is open to all guests (public access). The ultra-luxury 30-bed hotel is exclusively for members and their approved guests, offering higher privacy and elite services.
Q: How do I book a stay?
A: Public hotel bookings are available online. Member hotel bookings require member login and verification.
Residential Villas Questions
Q: How are villas sold?
A: Villas (4-bed, 6-bed, and sky villas) are sold via exclusive auction. Register interest on our website for auction notifications.
Q: Are villas available for rent?
A: No – villas are for outright ownership only.
General Questions
Q: Is the club open to non-members?
A: Most facilities are members-only. The 5-star hotel, select events, and common areas (e.g., banquet halls) are open to the public.
Q: What security measures are in place?
A: We maintain a 3-tier physical and technical security system, 24/7 Quick Reaction Force, mini police station, and controlled access points for complete peace of mind.
